We're looking for a Technical Services Team Lead to support our sales team with scoping out projects for customers and determining technical specifications, as well as helping them to identify opportunities within accounts.

This role will also have project management requirements, as it will support the sales team with overseeing a technical customer project, and helping the Technical Services team to allocate resources and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.

We're looking for someone based in the North of the UK, but you'll need to be able and willing to travel to customer sites, as well as visit the team in Clonmel (Ireland).

What we're looking for:

• Systems integration experience — installing software onto handheld devices and/or printers.
• Assisting with RFPs and collaborating closely with the Sales team.
• Voice implementations, device design, and testing.
• Providing relevant training and knowledge sharing with the team.
• Coordinating the Technical Services team on proactive fixes and resolutions to customer issues.
• Visiting customer sites pre-sales to help scope out projects and costs.
• Attending customer sites to fix software or device issues as required.
