What You'll Bring

  • Experience in customer support routines, demonstrating your dedication to providing top-notch service.
  • Knowledge of relational database modeling (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, among others), and data manipulation via ETL, enabling you to dive deep into the technical aspects of our solutions.
  • A degree in information technology-related fields, showcasing your commitment to staying at the forefront of the industry.
  • Fluent in both English and Greek languages, with additional languages such as German or French being a plus.

Your Responsibilities

  • Client Success: As a Customer Support Analyst, you will be a critical part of our clients' success stories. You'll provide level 2 support, ensuring compliance with customer requirements (SLA/service level) regarding request handling, logging, resolution, and administration of operational technology platforms.
  • Innovation at Heart: Thrives on innovation, and you'll have the opportunity to propose technical solutions, assess and test applications and systems developed by our development teams or external IT suppliers.
  • Continuous Improvement: We believe in continually improving our operational procedures. You'll play an integral role in this process by researching new solutions, critically analyzing processes, and suggesting improvements.
  • Mobile Application Support: You'll offer support for mobile applications, further enhancing your skill set and contributing to our clients' success on various platforms.
