Overview
As a Technical Talent Partner at Isomorphic Labs, you will play a critical role in building world-class teams and advancing drug discovery through AI. You will partner with senior leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent across AI/ML research, engineering, and related disciplines, contributing to Isomorphic Labs’ rapid growth and mission to transform medicine through innovative science and technology.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders: act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies that support ambitious growth goals.
- Source and engage top talent: build robust pipelines for a variety of roles by sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
- Champion diversity and inclusion: drive diverse and equitable hiring practices and ensure inclusive interview processes.
- Stay ahead of the curve: monitor and adapt to evolving recruitment trends in technical, engineering, and research domains.
- Embrace data-driven recruitment: use data and analytics to inform strategies, track progress, and drive outcomes.
- Deliver exceptional candidate experience: manage the candidate journey from application to offer, ensuring a positive experience.
- Master talent sourcing techniques: utilize social channels, online resources, and events to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Collaborate effectively: work with People Partners, Program Managers, and hiring teams to align hiring decisions and onboarding.
- Lead and contribute to projects: own talent acquisition projects such as employer branding, events, interview training, and reporting.
- Contribute to organisational growth: help scale teams with exceptional talent to support rapid company growth.
Qualifications
Essential:- Experience organizing and launching candidate searches and building initial candidate lists using applicable resources.
- Developed research strategies, conducted in-depth research, and advised on hiring strategies in partnership with managers.
- Experience collaborating with technical stakeholders from AI to Engineering.
- Managed highly sought-after candidates through thorough interview processes, guiding them through progression.
- Built strong relationships with hiring teams and stakeholders, providing insights for cross-functional reporting.
- Problem-solver and solutions-oriented, capable of data interpretation and adapting to changing circumstances.
- Efficient at evolving and improving recruitment processes while maintaining high-quality candidate experience.
- Experience handling projects such as Employer Branding, Events/Conferences, Interview Training, and Reporting.
- Experience in a similar research/technical environment
- Project management experience
- Experience using Greenhouse
- Experience with G-suite
