We are seeking a Technical Team Leader in Residential Conveyancing with 5+ years PQE. This role offers remote working and a competitive salary (DOE). • Applicants should be Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 5 years PQE seeking a new challenge.
• Responsibilities include drafting contract report letters for new development sites and sales, and conveyancing search report letters for clients.
• Review development documentation to ensure suitability for residential sales and mortgage lender security.
• Provide expert guidance on legal issues, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
• Maintain strong knowledge of case management systems, HM Land Registry portal, and online conveyancing platforms.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
