Technical Team Leader (Residential Conveyancing), 5+ Years PQE, Remote Working, £Competitive (DOE) - This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident legal professional who thrives on solving complex issues and supporting a high-performing team. JOB REF: 0609

• Applications are sought from Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 Years PQE looking for a new challenge.

• Responsible for drafting comprehensive contract report letters for new development sites and individual sales, along with clear, accurate conveyancing search report letters for clients.

• Reviewing development documentation to ensure suitability for residential sales and mortgage lender security requirements.

• Providing expert guidance on technical legal issues, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk across the department.

• Strong working knowledge of case management systems, HM Land Registry portal, and online conveyancing platforms.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and colleagues effectively.

• Work in a supportive, collaborative environment that values expertise and encourages professional development.
