This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident legal professional with over 5 years PQE in Residential Conveyancing. The role offers remote working and a competitive salary based on experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Drafting comprehensive contract report letters for new development sites and individual sales.
• Preparing clear conveyancing search report letters for clients.
• Reviewing development documentation for residential sales and mortgage security.
• Providing expert guidance on technical legal issues, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
• Utilizing case management systems, HM Land Registry portal, and online conveyancing platforms.
• Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues.
