Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Team Leader (Residential Conveyancing) with over 5 years PQE for a remote working position. The role offers a competitive salary (DOE) and the opportunity to lead a high-performing legal team.

• Applicants should be Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 5 years PQE seeking a new challenge.
• You will draft comprehensive contract report letters for new development sites and individual sales, and conveyancing search report letters for clients.
• Review development documentation to ensure compliance with residential sales and mortgage lender security requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on technical legal issues, ensuring departmental compliance and risk mitigation.
• Strong knowledge of case management systems, HM Land Registry portal, and online conveyancing platforms is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
