We are seeking a confident legal professional for the role of Technical Team Leader (Residential Conveyancing) with 5+ Years PQE. This position offers remote working and a competitive salary based on experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Drafting comprehensive contract report letters for new development sites and individual sales, along with conveyancing search report letters for clients.
• Reviewing development documentation to ensure suitability for residential sales and mortgage lender security requirements.
• Providing expert guidance on technical legal issues, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
• Utilizing case management systems, HM Land Registry portal, and online conveyancing platforms effectively.
• Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues.
