Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Team Leader in Residential Conveyancing with 5+ Years PQE for a remote working role. The position offers a competitive salary (DOE). • Applicants should be Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 5 Years PQE seeking a new challenge.
• You will draft comprehensive contract report letters for new development sites and individual sales, along with conveyancing search report letters for clients.
• Review development documentation to ensure suitability for residential sales and mortgage lender security requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on technical legal issues, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
• Have strong knowledge of case management systems, HM Land Registry portal, and online conveyancing platforms.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaising with clients and colleagues.
• Work in a supportive, collaborative environment that values expertise and encourages professional development.
