The Role
The Technical Trainer will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive training to both internal and external teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing training courses tailored to the company’s product range.
- Ensuring a high pass rate through effective training methods.
- Learn and maintain a high level of knowledge of the company’s product range.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and managers to ensure effective and comprehensive training is provided to clients.
- Contributing to tasks and keeping to agreed deadlines.
Requirements
- Experience as an Engineer/ Technician in the Navy is a must.
- Strong knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Previous experience as a technical trainer or in a similar role is desirable.
- Ability to adapt and learn complex technical engineering concepts.
- Happy to operate in a field-based role.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident and able to speak in front of large groups.
