Role Summary
This role is UK based remote with travel to UK and EU locations. We are seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver high-quality operator and service training across the UK and EU, with occasional global assignments. This role involves both classroom-based and hands-on instruction across a broad portfolio of Rapiscan products and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical training to customers, distributors, and internal service personnel.
- Conduct training sessions in the UK, EU, and other international locations as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Rapiscan products and technologies to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Review and update training materials, including user manuals and presentations.
- Manage training records, student feedback, and related administrative documentation.
- Collaborate effectively within a diverse, team-oriented environment.
- Apply strong project management and presentation skills to resolve complex issues.
- Provide ongoing feedback on training improvements and customer insights.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years experience delivering technical training in both classroom and hands-on settings.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on engagement and clarity.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate hands-on learning effectively.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally and obtain necessary travel documentation.
- Flexibility to work across time zones, including attending early morning or late-night virtual meetings.
- Commitment to reporting quality issues and contributing to continuous improvement.
