We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Technical Writer to support one of our clients. This role plays a critical part in ensuring audit reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time. You will collaborate directly with clients and auditors to gather and format the required data, produce report drafts, and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  1. Gain a thorough understanding of PCI-DSS Report requirements.
  2. Engage with clients at the start of PCI engagements to:
  • Prepare sample data sets for auditors' onsite activities.
  • Collect and organize onsite evidence for report writing and archiving.
  • Input client data into the reporting tool and draft appropriate narrative content.
  • Produce a complete draft report for review by the QSA and QA team.
  • Ensure all collected data is accurately labeled and stored for future reference.
  • Track and update audit status efficiently to ensure alignment between clients and auditors.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to the data collection and reporting process.
