Programme Overview

Our Technology Associate Programme is designed for recent university graduates who are passionate about technology and eager to launch their careers in a supportive, hands-on environment. You will gain foundational experience in software development or data support while working closely with business partners across the firm. From day one, you’ll be mentored by experienced professionals and supported in building the skills, confidence, and network needed to thrive at Wellington.

1. Client Platform Technology (1 Position)

You will join theClient Platform Technologygroup, supporting teams across Content Management, Data Analytics, Marketing, Sales, and Servicing. This entry-level role is the first step toward becoming aSoftware Engineer, with a focus on theSalesforce.com platform.

TheGDAS teamplays a critical role in supporting Wellington’s global investment professionals. As aGraduate Data Support Analyst, you will help ensure the accuracy and timeliness of investment data, solve complex problems, and contribute to the integration of AI technologies into support processes.
