Technology & Data Manager – PowerBI/EPR/Projects

Altech Group Ltd is recruiting for a Technology and Data Manager to lead on building IT architecture from the ground up for a PE‑backed medical provider undergoing rapid expansion.

This role is remote with travel to Manchester and London as needed. Salary is £60‑65,000 plus bonus and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of an end‑to‑end IT architecture.
• Drive data governance and establish a data‑led strategy using PowerBI.
• Implement and manage EPR and other SaaS based products.
• Coordinate the replacement of the finance system and the rollout of the first CRM.
• Architect blended AI and data initiatives to support commercial growth.

Qualifications & Experience

• Mid‑senior level candidate with experience as a Data Manager, Information Manager or Systems Manager.
• Strong background in data governance, PowerBI and enterprise data strategy.
• Experience with EPR or related SaaS platforms.
• Track record of delivering large‑scale business‑wide technology platforms.
• Interest and knowledge of AI application in commercial settings.
