You’ll connect business engagement with infrastructure, facilities, and the wider technology management function to ensure seamless execution and alignment across departments. The role requires prior experience in a middle office or operational role within a trading environment, ideally with exposure to risk and regulations such as MIFID and EMIR. A solid understanding of the trade lifecycle is essential, with familiarity in change and rationalisation tools being advantageous. This is a globally recognised firm offering a collaborative culture, strong leadership, and excellent long-term career prospects.

The salary for this Technology Implementation Manager role is up to £140,000 + Bonus + Benefits.

The role operates in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week in the office, near major Tube stations including Liverpool Street.

  • Collaborate with Technology and Business teams to define and shape strategic workstreams that guide the integration and rationalisation roadmap across the organisation.
  • Partner with Business Technology to ensure workstreams are aligned with business objectives and functional deliverables.
  • Maintain alignment with the Technology Strategy, ensuring impact is understood during change prioritisation of existing platforms and systems where appropriate.
  • Work with the Head of Technology Change to evolve the Acquisition Integration Framework and support its ongoing refinement.
  • Provide regular reporting on progress, prioritisation, resource requirements, and costs associated with key projects to stakeholders.
  • Ensure delivered systems meet production-grade standards and are thoroughly documented for handover to business users and support teams.
  • Demonstrate good knowledge across multiple asset classes; commodities experience is advantageous.
  • Project planning and coordination.
  • Experience with large-scale technology migrations and office builds.
  • Microsoft technologies, cloud services, hosting and deployment.
  • Architecting secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure and software.
