We’re looking for a dynamic Technology Operations Manager to lead the delivery of secure, high-performing tech services across Starbucks’ EMEA markets. You’ll ensure our systems—from in-store tech to enterprise platforms—run smoothly, securely, and support our partners every step of the way.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead day-to-day tech operations across EMEA
• Manage incidents, changes, and service improvements
• Champion the in-store partner experience
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams
• Drive performance through data and KPIs

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in tech ops or service management (retail a plus)
• Strong ITIL knowledge and stakeholder skills
• People leadership experience and a service-first mindset
• Flexibility for on-call support and occasional travel
