We’re waving goodbye to the complicated and confusing ways of traditional banking. After starting as a prepaid card, our product offering has grown a lot in the last 10 years in the UK. As well as personal and business bank accounts, we offer joint accounts, accounts for 16-17 year olds, a free kids account and credit cards in the UK, with more exciting things to come beyond. Our UK customers can also save, invest and combine their pensions with us. With our hot coral cards and get-paid-early feature, combined with financial education on social media and our award winning customer service, we have a long history of creating magical moments for our customers!

Responsibilities

• Risk Assessment and Analysis:
• Risk Management:
• Reporting and Communication:
  • Prepare regular risk reports and dashboards for management.
  • Foster a culture of risk awareness across the organisation.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk management processes and tools.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with the team.

Qualifications

• You have demonstrable experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating technology risks within cloud-native environments, preferably in a banking environment.
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of interpreting complex technical information and risk data to provide actionable recommendations.
• You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical risk concepts to diverse audiences.
• You have experience in contributing to the development and implementation of risk management frameworks and methodologies, and a good understanding of relevant regulatory requirements.
