We’re seeking a polished and intellectually sharp Managing Consultant to join a high-performing team focused on strategic and technology-driven transformation in the banking sector. This is a unique opportunity to work on complex programmes that reshape how banks operate, compete, and grow.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver high-impact transformation projects across commercial and corporate banking.
• Lead programme and project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and governance.
• Apply deep industry knowledge to solve challenges in payments, mortgages, cards, and regulatory change.
• Work with emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, APIs, Blockchain) to drive innovation.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development and thought leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4+ years of consulting experience, ideally with a top-tier firm.
• Strong academic background and a polished, client-facing presence.
• Proven leadership in delivering complex programmes and managing senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of banking operations and regulatory frameworks.
• Passion for innovation and a drive to stay ahead of industry trends.
