Job title: Technology Testing Analyst

Salary: From £45,000 dep on exp + benefits

Location: London, NW1/hybrid

The role

Join our team to ensure technology projects and BAU changes run flawlessly! You'll be planning, executing and monitoring testing across systems, patches and new functionalities. Working closely with project managers, suppliers and internal teams you will be involved in anything from monthly Microsoft updates to bigger projects such as Windows and Application upgrades. You'll be at the heart of delivering reliable, future-ready technology!

Key Duties

• Conducting technology testing function across BAU and transformation projects
• Produce test plans, test specifications, test scripts and test completion reports
• TestRail is used for test planning and execution, as well as tracking defects
• Liaising with colleagues across the organisation to manage and execute User Acceptance Testing
• Act as a point of escalation when issues arise from testing activities
• Ensure defects are logged and tracked through to resolution
• Ensure test environments are managed and used to best effect
• Communicate testing status to stakeholders including Project Managers and suppliers
• Assist with the process improvement activities to ensure that the Clinic's testing activities are continuously improving
  
  

• Accreditation in relevant testing techniques - ISTQB/ISEB foundation level certification
• Knowledge of working with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems
• Experience in using a dedicated testing programme such as TestRail or similar
• Experience in both web-based and client-based application testing
• Stakeholder engagement and facilitation of user acceptance testing
• Previous experience as the sole test analyst working on a project
• Experience delivering multiple projects in simultaneously
• Ability to manage expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints
• Excellent communication skills
  
  

• Experience working in a dynamic atmosphere of a technical organisation within a rapidly evolving environment
• Healthcare/hospital industry background
• Ability to quickly assimilate information from clinical and non-clinical SMEs
