Salary – £24,000 - £27,000 (DOE)

Job Purpose:

Join our team as a Telecoms Engineer, delivering remote and onsite support for a wide range of customers - from SMEs to enterprise clients. You’ll be hands-on with installations, troubleshooting, and configuring telecoms solutions across various sectors. We’re looking for someone confident in remotely setting up Horizon and LG handsets, with a passion for smart, efficient tech support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Either remotely or onsite, undertake maintenance work on customers ICT services updating case management and field services tools with work undertaken and completed.
• Either remotely or onsite, provide installation and configuration services for a wide range of ICT solutions.
• Either remotely or onsite, provide high quality customer experience in relation to the installation or maintenance of a customer’s Telephony services.
• Liaise with the project management teams, 3rd Line Engineers and Service Desk Engineers on a regular basis.
• Play a key role in delivering multi technology projects (multi site, multi program, non-templated builds).

Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience in an IT or Telecom Support or Delivery role.
• Project Management experience – able to manage a project from end to end and lead on technical resolutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in voice technologies such as SIP, VOIP, ISDN or vendors including Gamma Horizon, LG IPECS or Mitel.
• Some experience in networking equipment including firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless technology.
• Ability to be flexible as you may be required to adjust working hours or stayover on some larger project work.
• For field roles, you must have a full valid UK driving license.

Nice to have:

• Worked in an IT or Telecom Managed Service environment previously.
• Relevant vendor or industry qualifications (Microsoft, Gamma, LG, Meraki, SonicWall, Aruba or Cisco).
