Join the Zental Team – Hybrid Telesales & Customer Care Specialist
Location: Hybrid (Office: North London / Kent / Milton Keynes)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday – Friday (occasional Saturday)

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Telesales & Customer Care Specialist to join our friendly and professional team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about communication, enjoys working in a patient-focused environment, and is driven by providing service excellence.
Your Role:
You’ll be at the heart of our patient journey, responsible for proactive outreach, converting enquiries, and supporting our patients throughout their treatment process. This is not just about sales — it’s about building trust, creating genuine connections, and ensuring every patient feels valued and cared for from the very first conversation.
This hybrid role requires working both remotely and from your nearest Zental site to ensure effective collaboration and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to both new and existing patients
- Follow up warm leads, website enquiries, and marketing-generated interest
- Book consultations and appointments across our practice locations
- Provide information on treatments, pricing, and patient finance with clarity and care
- Build rapport with patients to encourage trust and long-term relationships
- Support treatment coordinators and practice teams with administrative tasks related to the patient journey
- Ensure CRM systems and records are kept up to date and accurate
- Assist with follow-up calls post-consultation to aid patient conversions and maintain excellent service levels
- Maintain KPIs around call volumes, conversions, and lead management
- Handle queries and concerns with sensitivity and in line with Zental’s tone of voice
- Previous experience within telesales, call centre, appointment setting, or customer service
- Experience working within healthcare, dental, or a similar professional environment
- A calm, empathetic, and patient-centric communication style
- A consultative, relationship-driven approach
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- IT literate with confidence in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment
