Job Title: Telesales & Lead Generator

Location: Hybrid – 3 days from home, 2 days at our Birmingham office near Five Ways roundabout.

We’re looking for motivated, confident, and hungry-for-success individuals to join our growing team at Ninety2 Media. Your mission will be to generate leads and close deals for our digital marketing services, as well as our digital telecoms and energy solutions for businesses across the UK.

What You’ll Do:

* Make outbound calls to potential business customers
* Build relationships, understand client needs, and pitch our tailored services
* Set appointments and close deals over the phone
* Keep our CRM up-to-date and smash your targets

What We Offer:

* Commission only for the first 3 months, then move into a full-time salaried position with uncapped commission
* On Target Commission: £3,500 to Unlimited
* Flexible hybrid working – 3 days from home, 2 days in the office
* Full training, scripts, and leads provided

Who You Are:

* Confident and clear communicator
* Resilient, motivated, and able to handle rejection positively
* Organised and target-driven
* Sales experience is great but not essential
