Customer Experience Executives - Temporary 4-5 Month Contract - Central London £15phr - Hybrid. Our client, a vibrant Global Events company at the heart of Central London, is looking for two dynamic Customer Experience Executives to join their team for a 4-5-month temporary contract (8 October - end of January). This is a hybrid role combining online data registration, delegate management, phone support, face-to-face customer service, and admin tasks.

Responsibilities / What you’ll do

• Provide high-quality customer service across multiple channels (online, phone, in-person).
• Manage delegate registrations and event-related administration.
• Support delegate management and data registration processes accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with general administrative tasks to support live events.
