Are you ready to take your sales expertise to the next level? As a Territory Sales Executive at Newcross Healthcare, you’ll play a key role in driving growth by acquiring new SMB clients within a defined territory. You’ll be instrumental in expanding our footprint in both new and existing markets, creating and executing strategic plans that align with Newcross Healthcare’s growth objectives.
Job Title: Territory Sales Executive
Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager (North)
Location: Hybrid – Hamilton, Scotland (Hamilton Office 2-3 days per week)
Salary: Up to £40,000 (DOE) + up to £15,000 pa Bonus

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement a growth plan to acquire and retain SMB clients, continuously monitoring and adjusting strategies to exceed sales targets.
- Lead proactive outreach through cold calling, referrals, networking, and more to bring in new business. You’ll hit your targets by identifying new leads and building strong client relationships.
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring each interaction is personalised and aligned with Newcross standards. Build trust with decision-makers and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Stay informed on healthcare trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and refine outreach strategies. Use CRM insights to drive targeted engagement.
- Schedule meetings, deliver compelling sales presentations, and close deals by effectively addressing client needs and concerns.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client transitions and service delivery. Provide feedback to shape the company’s approach and improve service quality.
- Focus on personal growth and share best practices with colleagues. Continuously refine strategies and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong Sales Experience with a focus on acquiring SMB clients and delivering tailored solutions.
- Proficient in qualifying leads and closing deals.
- Driven to exceed sales targets in a results-oriented environment.
- A strong grasp of compliance and value communication.
- Skilled in building relationships with decision-makers, influencing outcomes, and meeting client needs.
- Confident in negotiating and overcoming objections to close deals.
- Experienced in lead generation and cold calling, staying resilient in the face of setbacks.
- Ability to analyse sales data to inform strategy and drive growth.
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office to streamline sales and enhance productivity.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with teams for smooth service delivery.
- Confident in using social media and networking to build industry connections and represent the brand.
