Territory Sales Manager - Neurosurgery - LondonOur client is a fast-growing specialist medical device company that has been developing and manufacturing innovative medical devices for intraoperative neuromonitoring (IOM) for more than 25 years and is one of the leading companies worldwide offering a wide range of IOM systems and services.They are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join their Neurosurgery team in the location shown (incorporating spine and pain areas of the portfolio). This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience working in the operating theatre environment who is personable, commercially minded, and energised to build a career in account management and sales.Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager for the South, the role is hybrid (home and field-based), with regular visits to hospitals across your region. You'll receive mentoring and support, giving you the tools to grow with the company.Your focus will be to:Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, and key decision-makersDevelop expertise across our neuro and pain portfolio to confidently demonstrate, train, and support customersGrow revenue across your territory by building new and existing accountsDevelop product expertise and support users with training, troubleshooting, and field demonstrationsSkills & ExperienceSome experience working in operating theatre or clinical environmentsStrong communication and interpersonal skills - confident working with clinical teams and stakeholdersPersonable and approachable, with the ability to build long-lasting relationshipsOrganised, reliable, and motivated - able to work independently and as part of a teamDriven to succeed, with a desire to learn and grow into account managementPositive, adaptable, and eager to develop expertise in both clinical and commercial areas.Previous exposure to medical devices, sales, or account managementEntrepreneurial mindset with an interest in career progressionSalary is negotiable and dependent on experience, but an excellent bonus benefits package will also be offered.Please apply online or contact CHASE for further information on 0131 553 6644.Reference Number: 71886 #J-18808-Ljbffr
