Test Analyst - Success Factors (FTC)

About the role
SAP SuccessFactors Test Analyst with experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
This is a fixed-term contract expected to last one year.
Main Responsibilities
- Support hands-on testing of the Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Support the WorkForce Time and Attendance application.
- Perform functional, regression, system integration and user acceptance testing.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of QA processes and best practices.
- Create and maintain test documentation, including business scenarios, test scripts and test summary reports.
- Support the Test Manager for project reporting activities.
- Identify, document and track defects using ALM/SharePoint defect logging tools, resolution and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, business stakeholders and project teams.
- Provide business test coordination and support for software lifecycle test phases.
Experience & Qualifications
To be successful in this role you’ll need:
- ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification or equivalent
- Hands-on experience as a Test Analyst
- Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical issues
- Understanding of SAP Integrations
- Extensive stakeholder engagement experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Hybrid role with initial onboarding on site at Solihull Head Office; occasional travel to other Tarmac sites may be required
