About The Role
Deliver Quality That Powers Performance
RAC is looking for a detail-oriented Test Analyst to join our Test team, with a dedicated focus on our Service, Maintenance & Repair (SMR) Division — one of the fastest-growing areas of the business. SMR has seen exceptional growth in recent years and continues to be a key strategic focus for RAC. As a Test Analyst supporting this division, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of systems and processes that directly impact our customers and commercial success. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to plan, execute, and document testing across a range of systems — ensuring all outputs meet the highest standards. You’ll identify issues and trends that could impact revenue, customer experience, or operational channels, and ensure reference data is accurate and up to date across both production and test environments. This is a hybrid role, with two days per week in our Bradley Stoke office and three days working from home. Flexibility is essential, as occasional work outside core business hours may be required to meet critical business needs.
As a Test Analyst at RAC, you’ll get benefits that go the extra mile.
