We are looking for a Test Lead with experience in manual and automated testing to join our team delivering Agile projects using the latest Microsoft technology for our clients. Our rapidly growing team mainly works with Public Sector organisations to deliver solutions and applications that drive value and engage customers using Microsoft technology.

The primary focus of the role is to work within our delivery team to test solutions that Ceox has developed for customers utilizing Microsoft Technologies. You will conduct manual and automated testing for our Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure-based solutions.

• Defining Test Strategy
• Detailing Test Plan for both manual and automated testing
• Identifying appropriate Test Tools and Approaches to meet project needs
• Designing and creating Test Scripts and Test completion reports
• Executing Test scripts
• Performing Functional and Non-Functional Testing
• Managing Test Teams

Mission

Your mission will be to test projects that lead to happy customers. You will be expected to work as part of a team, working alongside the assigned Delivery Manager to ensure a successful outcome. You will need to own our test approach across the organisation, establishing ways of working and mentoring others on our approach. This will be a hands-on role actively working on projects as a test resource while also providing advice and guidance across projects.

You will also keep abreast of new technologies and approaches, assessing their suitability, and helping us use them on projects so clients can drive value and engage customers.

Mandatory Experience

• Experience testing Dynamics 365, Model Apps, Canvas Apps

• Experience working in a services company
• Test Strategy and Plan definition

Location

Our office is near Guildford, and most of our customers are within London. You will need to travel to the office and customer sites as required to deliver projects. Our expectation is that on average, you will be in the office 2 days per week.
