Location: Cardiff (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 WFH)

We’re on the lookout for a Test Manager to join our team in Cardiff! This hybrid role (3 days in the office, 2 from home) is perfect for someone who combines strong leadership with hands-on technical expertise in both software and hardware/firmware testing.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and shaping our end-to-end testing strategy
• Managing and mentoring a talented test team across projects
• Staying hands-on with test planning, execution, and automation
• Driving test quality across software, hardware, and firmware
• Collaborating with dev, product, and ops across the full SDLC

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in a Test Lead or Test Manager position
• Proven hardware/firmware testing experience (essential)
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
• Deep knowledge of the SDLC and modern QA practices
• Comfortable balancing strategic direction with hands-on testing
