We're now creating a new senior role to work closely with our founder and leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts as primary contact, building trusted, senior-level relationships.
• Develop and deliver integrated PR strategies and campaigns that map to client objectives and deliver measurable impact.
• Oversee day-to-day activity: media relations, content, events/experiences, talent/creator and social amplification.
• Advise clients on messaging, issues/crisis comms, and timely opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (creative, digital, insights) to produce cohesive, culturally sharp work.
• Mentor and grow junior team members with clear feedback, coaching and progression plans.
• Support new business: identify opportunities, shape responses, and present in pitches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in PR/communications with a track record in beauty and/or wellness.
• Confident team leadership; sets the bar, motivates, and manages up/down with clarity.
• Excellent writing and storytelling; turns strategy into compelling narratives.
• Media operator: strong journalist relationships, sharp pitching, proven placements.
• Strategic mindset: culturally curious, data-literate, and channel-aware.
• Calm under pressure: able to prioritise, multi-task and hit deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
