Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on how to unlock value from land and property.
  • Guide major planning applications through the system, handle appeals, and help shape early-stage strategy on complex sites.
  • Contribute to value-added solutions and have a voice at the table, going beyond routine reporting.
  • Collaborate with private landowners, major housebuilders, logistics and commercial developers, housing associations, and other clients.

About you

  • Town planner with consultancy experience, or from a public sector background looking to move into the private sector.
  • Commercially minded, client-focused, and ready to get involved in active delivery.
  • Early responsibility with opportunities to build relationships and establish a market reputation.
  • Open to hybrid working and based in or able to commute to central Edinburgh.
