The Role

• Support a range of planning projects, including large-scale mixed‑use developments
• Provide strategic advice on land promotion, planning policy, and development delivery
• Prepare and manage planning applications, appeals, and public consultations
• Collaborate with architects and urban designers to shape masterplans

About You

• RTPI chartered (or working towards it), with UK planning experience
• Strong understanding of strategic planning, policy, and development processes
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Commercially aware and sustainability minded
