Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Investigate client inquiries related to margin analysis, position liquidations, trade cancellations, order triggers, products, exchanges, order status, and execution inquiries.
- Resolve routine and complex client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly via phone, tickets, and chat, maintaining courtesy and sound judgment.
- Familiarize with proprietary trading platforms and portals to educate clients and support our automated, self-service business model.
- Assist the Quality Assurance Department in resolving complaints.
- Coordinate with local and international Client Service divisions and interact with external departments such as Programming, Clearing, Cashiering, and Compliance globally.
- Analyze existing systems and procedures to recommend and implement improvements, contributing to client service policies and systems development.
Qualifications & Experience
- University degree (NFQ level 7) in finance, economics, or relevant experience.
- Minimum of two years of experience in the financial industry preferred.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, margin methods, execution platforms, exchange operations, and regulations.
- Excellent product knowledge: Equities, Options, Futures, Fixed income, Mutual Funds, FX, CFDs.
- Proficiency in PC technologies: Advanced Excel, Office Suite, Email.
- Critical thinker with a passion for technology and financial markets.
- Self-motivated, able to work under stress independently and in teams.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills; additional languages such as German or Italian are required. Other languages are a plus.
- FINRA SIE and Series 7 certifications preferred or interest in obtaining them.
Location and hours:
20 Fenchurch Street, London, EC3M 8AF
9am – 6pm, Monday – Friday
