What we are looking for:
London based Trade Support Analyst, EMEA reporting to the European Head of Equity Trading that will primarily support the trading desk in day-to-day operations, trade execution support, foreign exchange, market analysis, and post-trade processes. This role offers direct exposure to the fast-paced global Emerging and Frontier markets, and serves as a critical link between trading, operations, and the dedicated emerging portfolio manager team based in London as well as in the regions.
Your responsibilities:
Assist traders with real-time trade execution support, including order entry, stock set ups, daily order delta re-calculations, and trade booking
Monitor and update trading blotters, P&Ls and intraday cash level reports for traders and portfolio managers
Prepare daily market summaries and reports, including performance tracking of portfolios
Liaise with middle and back office to resolve trade discrepancies, settlement issues, and ensure timely confirmations
Support the team in monitoring corporate actions, dividends, and relevant market events across emerging and frontier markets
Maintain and improve spreadsheets and internal tools for desk efficiency
Derivatives Administration support (FX, FX Spot, FX Forwards, Futures, Options, Swaps) – Full life-cycle support including, trade capture / communication / matching, settlements, claims, margining, collateral management
New broker and market openings (opening custody accounts, completing markets docs) support
Must have requirements to be successful in this role:
2 - 3 years relevant trading experience
Flexible to work at least 4 days per week at the London office and cover Sundays (Middle Easter Markets), staff holiday and absences as required
Must have trading related experience within the financial sector - trading EM and FM
Understanding of Prime Brokerage structure and arrangements
Experience of execution team support
Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset with numerate / analytical skillset
Languages an asset e.g. Arabic, French, Mandarin

For all positions in Quebec (Montreal and Laval), proficiency in French, both spoken and written, is mandatory. Working English proficiency is also required in order to serve our offices and clients around the world.
