As part of our team, you\'ll work with leading tech companies such as Google, Amazon, and Microsoft, gaining direct exposure to clients from the outset and even having the chance to meet them in person. And yes, this includes an all-expenses-paid trip to the US.

Responsibilities

• Cold Calling potential clients and candidates, pitching the services/ role you can offer them, whilst also dealing with rejection that can take place as a result of this.
• Guiding candidates through the process offering advice and support on different stages, while also being responsible for negotiations that may subsequently take place.
• Negotiating deals.
• Attending client meetings to gain a greater insight/understanding of what exactly they are looking for in their new hires.
• Market research in order to stay up to date with new developments within your sector.

The Ideal Candidate

• Financially driven with a strong desire to earn big and be successful.
• Competitive in nature; a background in a competitive sport or similar is a plus.
• Confident and able to hold your own against senior individuals.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to form and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
