Overview

Looking for a Trainee ATM Engineers to help with a backlog of work in Liverpool Area. You will be based in Liverpool or close by. You will have your own transport. This is adhoc work covering 8am to 10pm 7 days a week. You will be advised of scheduling up to 1 month in advance. You can select which hours and days you would like to work. We are looking to build a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform FLM Fixes to bring an ATM back online and in service after incidents or faults.
• Remove cash or media jams, card jams, and debris/dirt within ATM transport systems and around sensors, belts and mechanical parts as needed.
• Re-boot or reset ATMs when required and test after each FLM Fix with evidence of at least one cash transaction.
• Follow provided training and documentation detailing responsibilities and requirements.
• Operate in a flexible adhoc capacity, adhering to the scheduling communicated (up to 1 month in advance).

Qualifications and Experience

• Excellent customer service skills.
• ATM experience or transferable skills (e.g., service engineer, IT support) OR willingness to learn.
• Aptitude to learn new things with some electronic or mechanical knowledge.
• Willingness to start ASAP and pass security clearance including DBS and credit check.
• Own car and driving licence required.

Benefits and Logistics

• Hourly rate plus compensation: £10 per call out up to 10 call outs in an 8-hour shift, plus mileage.
• Company will provide contractor resources training and documentation where required.
