Trainee ATM FLM Engineer

OverviewLooking for a Trainee ATM Engineers to help with a backlog of work in the Glasgow area. You will be based in Glasgow or close by and you must have your own transport. This is ad hoc work covering 8am to 10pm, 7 days a week. Scheduling is advised up to 1 month in advance and you can select which hours and days you would like to work. We are looking to build a team. You will receive an hourly rate and then £10 per call out up to 10 call outs in an 8-hour shift, plus mileage.ResponsibilitiesPerform FLM Fixes to bring ATMs back online and in service. FLM Fixes may include removal of cash or media jams, card jams, debris/dirt within ATM transport systems, sensors, belts, and mechanical parts such as gears.Re-boot/reset ATMs as required and verify operation after each fix with evidence of at least one cash transaction.Conduct testing after fixes and maintain documentation of activities and outcomes.Adhere to provided training and documentation detailing responsibilities and requirements.Operate in a FLM Plus role where some more in-depth fixes may be involved.QualificationsExcellent customer service skills.ATM experience or transferable skills (e.g., service engineer, IT support) or willingness to learn.Aptitude to learn new tasks with some electronic or mechanical knowledge.Ability to start ASAP and pass security clearance including DBS and a credit check.Must have own car and a valid driving licence.WA Consultants is an Employment Business and an Employment Agency as described within The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003. #J-18808-Ljbffr
