Overview

Trainee Coding & Programmer Placement Programme. This training programme with career placement and fees apply. It is designed for individuals with none or limited programming experience who want to start a career in coding, programming, or web development. The programme provides industry-recognised certifications, help with presenting your skills via a structured CV and LinkedIn profile, portfolio development, and placement support.

Programme structure

1. Stage 1 – Learn HTML and CSS (up to 12 weeks)
   • HTML Essentials (up to 6 weeks)
   • CSS Essentials (up to 12 weeks)
2. Stage 2 – Additional Online Training (up to 12 weeks)
   • Learn the Command Line (1.5 weeks)
   • Learn Git & GitHub (1.5 weeks)
   • Learn JavaScript (1.5 weeks)
   • Learn Python 3 (1.5 weeks)
3. Stage 3 – Portfolio Website Project (1 week)
4. Stage 4 – Entry Level Web Administrator placement

Training is delivered via multimedia video tutorials, presentations and quizzes through an online portal. You will be assigned a tutor and a support mentor who can train 1-1 or in groups. Timings are flexible and can be completed in a few weeks or a few months, depending on study time.
