You’ll need:
An impressive Degree, Master’s, or PhD in chemistry or biochemistry. A genuine interest in science, technology and innovation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to explain complex ideas clearly and concisely. Confidence engaging with people at all levels. A meticulous eye for detail and strong analytical thinking. Initiative and the ability to work independently. An open‑minded, accountable and resilient mindset. Strong time‑management skills.
