Position: Mobile Health Assessment Practitioner (Field Based) – Eltham, Chislehurst, Bromley, Crockenhill, Bexley, Welling, Orpington areas.

Salary: £27,783 per year plus Commission, Overtime, Expenses and Benefits. You will be known internally as a Health Assessment Specialist and will join a passionate team delivering high-quality health assessments across your region.

Location notes: Field-based role across specified areas with travel expectations and venue variations.

Responsibilities

  • You will work 4 x 10-hour shifts per week (40 hours total), on a rota that may include early starts or late shifts (between 6am and 10pm), allocated 3 weeks in advance.
  • You may drive up to 2 hours to your venue; some days may require public transport depending on the venue type.
  • Work across multiple venues within the region, maintaining high quality standards for clinics and visits.
  • Plan routes, unpack and set up kit, greet customers, and manage 15–22 customer interactions per day with appointment lengths between 10–45 minutes depending on package.
  • Perform health assessments (including PAD, ECG, phlebotomy (once qualified), lung function, body composition, and short fitness tests) and advise on further testing when appropriate; maintain administration records.
  • Note: You will not relay results or lifestyle advice to customers after assessments are complete.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license and access to your own car for transporting kit; ability to store kit items at home when not working.
  • Ability to work any day Monday to Sunday and any times between 6am and 10pm on a rota basis.
  • Proficiency with computers/laptops/phones/tablets to a satisfactory degree.
  • Clear DBS (processed on your behalf) and satisfactory enhanced criminal records check as part of onboarding.
  • Willingness to travel up to 2 hours from home location; occasional overnight stays may be required.
  • Residence within the correct distance of the regional location; able to attend Milton Keynes head office for the first 2 weeks of training (Mon-Fri).
  • Desire to learn and take on new skills.
