Trainee Protection Advisor - Southampton - Hybrid

PRIMIS Mortgage Network is seeking several Trainee Protection Advisors to join a well-established, southern-based Mortgage firm with 150 advisors. The firm has been operating for 50 years and is highly regarded in the industry.

The role involves servicing a high volume of provided leads at a busy and successful partner firm. The firm is based in London, with most staff working remotely across the UK, allowing access to top advisors in the market.

This is a full-time, employed position, Monday to Friday, based in Southampton. Hybrid working is available once the candidate is established.

The base salary is £27,000 plus commissions, with no ratchet or validation figure required before earning commissions. The OTE for the role is £75,000, with potential for higher earnings through overachievement. Existing experienced Protection Advisors at this firm earn over £85,000.

Ideal candidates will come from a sales background. Successful individuals have previously worked in environments such as mobile phone sales or electrical retail sales.

The lead source is strong and reliable, providing realistic sales opportunities. The firm uses a panel of 15 providers with no loadings on customer premiums, ensuring the best customer outcomes.
