The Role

• Cold calling potential clients and candidates, pitching services and roles, while handling rejection
• Guiding candidates through the process, offering advice and support, and handling negotiations
• Negotiating deals
• Attending client meetings to understand hiring needs
• Market research to stay up to date with developments in your sector

The Ideal Candidate

• Financially driven with a strong desire to earn and succeed
• Competitive by nature; background in competitive sport or similar is a plus
• Confident with the ability to hold your own against senior professionals
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and clients
