We're growing, and we're excited to bring a Secondary Recruitment Consultant on board to support schools across the beautiful Devon & Cornwall region.

Who We\'re Looking For

Whether you have experience in recruitment or come from an educational background and are looking for a fresh challenge, we want to hear from you!

We\'re looking for someone who\'s passionate about education, driven to succeed, and excited about joining a high-performing, supportive team.

Please note you are required to drive as part of this role.

What You\'ll Do

• Develop strong relationships with secondary schools across Devon & Cornwall
• Source and place quality educators in both short- and long-term roles
• Advertise and promote job opportunities, building a network of candidates
• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to placement
• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide a personal touch to clients and candidates alike
