• £28k base salary with OTE in year 1 of £40k!
• Year 2 OTE £63k!

The Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Headhunting Candidates

• Sourcing candidates via cold calls, social media, job boards, referrals, etc.
• Advertising roles on behalf of clients
• Interviewing and screening candidates
• Guiding candidates through the interview process and providing feedback

Business Development

• Cold calling potential clients
• Building strong relationships with clients
• Understanding clients’ hiring needs through meetings

The Ideal Candidate
