Overview

Trainee Technical Trainer / Assessor – Developing and Delivering Engineering Training Courses. Based in Bracknell – hybrid working with patterns negotiable. Permanent role – £32k – £36k – DoE.

Role Responsibilities

• Work as part of a small team to create bespoke training courses delivered to a variety of clients.
• Create detailed PowerPoint presentations, trainer notes, student notes, and assessment forms.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and clients to obtain missing information and seek clarity.
• Update online course content and modify existing courses to ensure continuous improvement.
• Work in Microsoft applications.
• Deliver training courses to a variety of delegates, from health and safety training to bespoke engineering training.

Candidate Requirements

• Engineering qualification – electrical or mechanical.
• IT literate.
• Passion for training and development.
• Confident and outgoing.
