About The Role

We are on a mission to onboard the best Licensees and Pub Operators and support them through marketing and capability training. Our Training & Development Managers provide training that helps Licensees and operators improve business sustainability and operate efficiently. You will create and deliver engaging training content and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to continually improve programmes. Content may include interactive virtual courses, checklists, e-learning, or other formats. You will stay up to date with market changes to adapt training materials and explore market-leading engagement methods.

You will get to know Licensees, regularly connect with high-performing customers, learn from their success stories, and translate these into learning interventions for broader sharing across Star Pubs. Your training content and delivery will demonstrate our mission to bring out the best in the great British pub.

About you – what we’re looking for

You should have experience in group training and/or presenting, with a track record in content design and examples to share. Hospitality experience or a background in retail operations / customer service with a passion for training and development is desirable. We’re looking for people who can advance this role through confident communication and stakeholder engagement.

You’ll need to be self-motivated, comfortable working from home (expected to be 60% of your time) and also able to visit the business as required.

The application

Please apply before 5th September 2025. If you need adjustments to support your application (e.g., information in different formats or accessibility accommodations), please contact us. We welcome applicants who may not meet every requirement and see this as an opportunity to develop and unleash potential.
