  • Visit schools across the UK to deliver hands-on, in-person training sessions where required.
  • Create useful guides, resources, videos, and checklists to support different learning styles.
  • Answer follow-up questions and ensure users feel confident continuing to use Every day-to-day.
  • Keep training content up to date with the latest features and product improvements.
  • Collaborate with onboarding and support teams to deliver the best possible experience for schools.

  • Confident in speaking with people online and face-to-face; friendly, patient, and customer-focused.
  • Strong time management and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • No prior software background required; training will be provided.
  • Willingness to travel to schools across the UK and to work in a hybrid office/home environment.

What to Expect from the Application Process

  • Submit your CV and a short application describing your interest in HR and in joining IRIS.
  • If shortlisted, complete two assessments: CCAT (verbal, numerical, logical reasoning) and EPP (an untimed personality profile).
  • A short Microsoft Teams conversation with a member of the Talent team.
  • In-person session at our Leeds office for a team-based experience and culture fit (date to be confirmed).
