Position: Training Consultant - Yorkshire Area

Hours: 37.5 per week

Swift Temps Ltd is recruiting for a Training Consultant based in the Yorkshire area, covering Bradford, Wakefield, Leeds. This is a permanent, home-based role.

The main responsibility is to deliver world-class product training to ECI customers, helping build their confidence and competence in using our products. Your engaging training sessions will ensure delegates leave with the necessary skills and understanding.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver high-quality, engaging product training sessions at customer sites.
2. Demonstrate correct use of products, highlighting features, benefits, and unique selling points.
3. Build confidence and develop skills of delegates for high-standard operation of products.
4. Accurately record and submit delegate details for certification.
5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify training-driven sales opportunities and support promotional strategies.
6. Maintain professionalism, adhere to health and safety regulations, and handle conflicts respectfully and effectively.

About You

• Minimum 2 years' experience delivering training with strong presentation, assessment, and evaluation skills.
• Exceptional communication skills adaptable to various audiences.
• Knowledge of sector-relevant legislation, presented clearly and professionally.

Experience Required

• At least 2 years in training, confident in presenting, assessment, evaluation, and customer service.
• Recognised Trainer Certification and high standard of written English.
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office.

Desirable

• Medical device training experience.
• Assessor Certification.
