Are you passionate about driving business growth, enhancing adviser capability, and delivering impactful training? Do you thrive in a flexible, autonomous role where you can make a real difference to adviser firms? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
We are seeking an experienced trainer to join our client's team and support the growth of their adviser network. In this role, you will design and deliver high-impact training and coaching interventions, working closely with advisers and business owners to create tailored development plans that align with their specific goals. Your work will directly influence key business metrics, including protection penetration, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
This is a field-based role with flexibility around travel and client visits, offering a mix of in-person training, webinars, and digital content creation. - Create and deliver blended learning experiences, including face-to-face sessions, webinars, and e-learning materials.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions using feedback, performance data, and business outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with adviser firms to understand their growth ambitions and tailor support accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, FCA regulations, and innovative learning methods to continuously improve training delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Experienced in Financial Services: You have a strong background in financial advice provision, particularly in mortgages and protection. CeMAP or equivalent qualifications are ideal, but extensive experience will also be considered.
- A Skilled Trainer and Coach: You have a proven track record of designing and delivering impactful training sessions, both in-person and online. You're confident in public speaking and can explain complex concepts in a clear, engaging way.
- Strategic and Commercially Savvy: You understand the challenges adviser firms face and can identify growth opportunities. You're skilled at creating solutions that drive business success.
- Tech-Savvy and Innovative: You're comfortable using learning platforms, CRM tools, and other technologies. You embrace innovation and are open to incorporating AI and other advancements into your training methods.
Why Apply?
Make an Impact: Help adviser firms grow, improve client outcomes, and achieve their business goals.
Flexibility: Enjoy a role with no set expectations for travel or client visits, giving you the autonomy to manage your own schedule.
Diverse Opportunities: Work on varied tasks, from fieldwork to webinars and e-learning content creation.
Collaborative Environment: Join a supportive team that values innovation, diversity, and continuous improvement.
