Managing Consultant - Business Advisory (Corporate Finance + Insolvency & Restructuring)

We are closely working with one of our core clients who are seeking a dynamic and experienced Transaction Services Manager to join their top 15 practice. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in Transaction Services and a proven track record of leading projects and writing comprehensive reports. This role offers significant progression opportunities within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage transaction services projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients.
• Collaborate with the CF team and other departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Attend and contribute to BD events and client meetings as required.
• Maintain flexibility to adapt to the needs of the team and clients.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Transaction Services.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and produce high-quality reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to attend the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with additional days as needed.
• Proximity to Greater London or surrounding areas for easy commuting.
